| Description: Scarce Mickey Mantle auto. photograph c.1940-50's. Incredibly early black and white 5"x7" printed photographic image of Mantle in his Joplin uniform signed across the front in black fountain pen. Signature is Mantle's early variation appropriate for the era and rates 8 out of 10. Image is mounted to a scrapbook type backing and has a few minor chips at the edges.
