| Description: Warren Godfrey Boston Bruins jersey c.1952-55. Very rare period Bruins shirt with tremendous overall wear retains orig. Bruins logo on front and #25 on reverse. Sweater style jersey retains orig. Jim McCarthy tag inside tail along with size 46 tag. Wear is evident throughout the shirt including areas of staining and heavy wear to both team logo and number on back. Jersey has several holes on sleeves and various other areas of wear incl. pilling on chest area. Logo stitching on front appears to have been reinforced several times over a period of years but remains intact. Very desirable and scarce shirt from early NHL franchise. Includes LOA's from Robert Orsimarsi and Drop the Gloves along with letter of originality from David Bushing/Dan Knoll: VG |
