| Description: Jack Dempsey vs. Jess Willard original cartoon artwork by Robert Ripley (autographed). Large 13:x25" composite illustrative piece featuring images of both fighters surrounded by fight action caricatures and sarcastic comments from spectators. Inscribed at bottom left, "To George Bothner Compliments of Rip--Toledo, Ohio July 4, 1919". Ripley was one of the premier cartoonists of the later gaining fame for his Ripley's "Believe it or Not" projects.
