| Description: Scarce Stall & Dean "Professional Catcher's Mask" c.1920's. Very unusual and to our knowledge not offered previously baseball catcher's mask of a metal alloy painted in flat black paint. Mask features large horizontal "full view" eye hole and diagonal spitter hole flanked by two crescent shaped holes. Retains original leather head padding and leather/canvas head strapping. Stamped "Patent Pending" on chin area. Includes xerox copy of a Stall & Dean catalogue picturing this style of mask with detailed description.
