Description: c.1971 Edson Pele Brazil National Team professional model jersey - his final season of International play (EX) Rare and desirable jersey with the famed "10" player number on back has a "CBD" team logo patch on left front chest. A trio of stars above represent the (3) World Cup Championships won by the team and serve to date the jersey to 1971 specifically. An "Athleta" manufacturers tag remains in the collar. A vintage ink, "Edson Pele" signature appearing on front is secreterial. Strong usage and wash wear evident throughout. An outstanding example from the player whom many consider the greatest of all-time while with the team he lead to unprecidented success.
