Description: Rare Joe Carr autographed 1930 Reach Baseball Guide. Hard bound guide book having a bold period fountain pen, "Joe. F. Carr" signature on the inside front cover with his handwritten address below. The autograph, rating 9-9/10 out of 10, is likely the nicest of the select few which we have offered in over (20) years. Book itself has moisture damage throughout (prominently effecting covers with interior showing some minor effects) and some other handling and general age related wear. An interesting association piece from Carr whom was then concurrently working as both the NFL Commissioner and President of the Columbus Redbirds baseball team.
