Description: Early c.1900s "Columbia Ball Park" postcards (2) with "Athletic - Detroit" crowd real photo postcard. Trio of choice early pieces as relate to the Philadelphia Athletics includes a pair of similar views captioned "Columbia Ball Park." These remain in very strong overall condition with a touch of light wear (EX); additional real photo postcard (c.1910s) shows an overhead view of well dressed game attendees. Printed text on the back relays it is an Athletics vs. Tigers crowd with advertising for a film studio below. This piece has toning and some discoloration with mild wear and it appears that the edges have been filled in with black color: see descriptionEstimated Price Range: ($300-$500)
