Description: Fine Roberto Clemente professional model baseball bat c.1969-72. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 36" long and weighs 36.2 oz. The bat shows evident use including ball marks, stitching impressions and rack marks. Model #U1 stamped on knob end along with "21" written in period red marker as well as "36 3/4" written in pencil denoting original weight. Center brand and player facsimile signature stampings present beautifully with bold strikes free of any damage. Highly desirable Clemente game bat being offered for the first time publicly from a primary source.
