Description: Rare June 13, 1948 Babe Ruth Final Appearance at Yankee Stadium ticket stub, program and related ephemera. Original single owner archive of materials with relation to the June 13, 1948 game played between the New York Yankees and the Cleveland Indians at Yankee Stadium. Significantly on that date Babe Ruth made his final appearance at Yankee Stadium acknowledging the Yankee faithful while leaning on a baseball bat for support due to his failing health.
