Description: Superb 1975 Joe Morgan MVP and Cincinnati Reds Championship season professional model road jersey with "580 Gift Shop" provenance. Road gray jersey with "Cincinnati" team name lettered across the front has player number "8" below. Number also appears on back below the name, "Morgan." A Wilson manufacturers tag inside notes size, "40." In fine overall condition with evident usage and wash wear. The jersey was purchased in May of 1976 from the Reds "580 Gift Shop" and includes a copy of the receipt and the original team issued certificate. An outstanding and uncommonly well documented example dating to a key season in which Morgan won his first (of 2 consecutive) MVP Award and a World Series Championship with the fabled Big Red Machine.
