Description: 1982-83 Harold Baines autographed Chicago White Sox professional model road jersey and bat (2). Gray knit jersey with "Sox" team name across the front has number "3" on the back. Also on the back is the name "Baines" which has been reapplied after a nameplate was removed. This appears to be a vintage modification and was likely done by the team in the period. An original 1983 All-Star Game patch is on the left sleeve. Sand-Knit manufacturers on left front tail (loose at one side) notes size (42) and additional strip tag inside reads "82 Baines 42" with adjacent "1" flag tag. The "82" on strip tag denotes original year of issue; appearance of the All-Star patch on sleeve suggests that the jersey was also prepared for use in 1983. Signed on the back in marker rating 8 out of 10. Strong usage and wash wear evident throughout; Adirondack Pro Ring "Baines Personal Model" bat measures 34.5" long and weighs 32.8oz. Model "369B" is stamp in knob along with 1982 year code. Evident useage wear incl. handle crack and pine tar over criss-crossed handle tape.
