Description: Significant Minnie Minoso Chicago White Sox presentational retired number. Prestigious display piece is that which was presented by the Chicago White Sox upon the retirement of Minoso's famed number "9." The frame measures just over 18"x18" and houses a pinstriped cloth background on which "Minoso 9" letters and number have been affixed. At the time of the 1983 ceremony it was only the third time the Franchise had so honored one of their past players. Though it may be somewhat unassuming in appearance, the historic importance of this piece can not be overstated and it is likely that it is the first of it's type to have to come to market.
