Includes ornate 2011 State of Illinois "Minnie Minoso Day" Proclamation on oversized parchment stock with gold colored State seal at bottom left. Framed to 18"x24" and signed by the Secretary of State Jesse White and autopen signed by Governor Pat Quinn; "State of Illinois Lifetime Achievement Award" certificate dated September 29, 2005 in 10.5"x13" frame. A larger framed piece (16"x28") holds a related letter with which the award was sent along with an Illinois license plate which reads "Minoso."
