Description: 1945 Walt Alston handwritten questionnaire. Legal sized "American Baseball Bureau" questionnaire has Feb. 19, 1945 date stamped at upper corner. Alston has printed his name "Walter Alston" at top and handwritten answers to a number of personal and baseball related questions with some choice content. Most notably, he writes extensively on his most interesting experiences and includes recollection of and interaction with Branch Rickey while a player . All done in ink rating 8/9 out of 10 with the exception of several lines which have bled/faded. Faint fold lines and a touch of light wear.
