Description: 1996 Tony Gwynn Roberto Clemente Man of the Year team nominee award by Tiffany & Co. Attractive presentational award of high significance as given to Gwynn in recognition of his team nomination for the prestigious Roberto Clemente Award. Fine quality crystal top features an incised image of Clemente batting with award titling beneath. Black painted wooden base displays an applied sterling silver placard (Tiffany & Co. sterling silver hallmarks) engraved, "Tony Gwynn/San Diego Padres, True Value". 13" tall with some damage to the crystal award including chipping and some losses. Black base has some surface scratching and few indentations to side panels.
