Description: Mammoth 1928 Navy vs. Notre Dame at Solider Field panoramic photograph. Unusually large photographic print showing the scene in Chicago as two of collegiate footballs' most storied programs met on October 31, 1928. Captioned within the piece at lower right and marked "Kaufmann & Fabry" at left. Image size is approx. 27"x67" with some light general toning, displayed in a 32"x73" wooden frame. Lower left corner has some upper surface loss and light moisture staining; upper right has a much smaller visible strip of loss which runs into a similar length strip of toning/discoloration.
