Description: Jim Parker game used and autographed cleats c.1960s. Acknowledged as one of the greatest lineman ever to play the game, in 1973 Jim Parker became the first full time player at the position to be inducted into the Football Hall of Fame. Fiercely protective of Quarterback Johnny Unitas he served as a core member of the Baltimore Colts 1958 and 59 Championship teams. Pair of vintage hightop leather cleats, similarly marked with size (13) inside, display strong usage wear along with some natural ageing. Each has been signed "Jim Parker HOF 73" in silver marker rating 8/9 out of 10. An included note, filling sheet of 8.5"x11" paper, reads "These were my game shoes when I played for the Baltimore Colts, Jim Parker."
