Description: Rare "Ty Cobb Brand" split finger baseball glove by Jarvis c.1910s. Early left handed split finger full web glove is seldom found relative to the baseman's version (which is itself infequently offered). A well preserved "Ty Cobb" facsimile signature Jarvis manufacturers tag remains on back and there is a faint but not descernable model number stamped in the palm. Well used with the moderatly dried leather having some surface and small cracks or tears. The eyelet opening on wriststrap is torn on one side and there is an area of separation, and touch of material loss, inside: GD-VGEstimated Price Range: ($500-$1,000)
