Description: Fine 1936 World Series program autographed by Babe Ruth, Kennesaw M. Landis, Lou Gehrig, et al. Original program as issued for the 1936 World Series played between the New York Giants and New York Yankees. Front cover has been signed in fountain pen by Babe Ruth, Kennesaw M. Landis, Jacob Ruppert, Al Schacht, and James Farley (Postmaster General). Interior remarkably has been autographed by both the entire Giants and Yankees teams for a total of (51) signatures. Players include Lou Gehrig, Mel Ott, Joe DiMaggio, Tony Lazzeri, Joe McCarthy, Earle Combs, Bill Dickey, and Carl Hubbell. Autographs are signed in either blue or black fountain pen on the player's respective images ranging from 7-9 out of 10. Program cover has detached from spine and has some typical edge wear. Interior is scored and remains in fine general condition. One of the more substantive autographed World Series programs we have handled with expectional breakdown value.
