Description: Babe Ruth and Hub Pruett autographed baseball. Blue ink "Babe Ruth" signature rating 7 out of 10 appears on the sweetspot of this evenly toned/soiled baseball. Situated just below is "Hub Pruett" (later period marker, 7/8) whom holds the distintiction of striking out The Babe (10) of the first (13) times they met. In total he struck out Ruth (15) times earning a reputation as his nemisis. An interesting dual-signed piece and quite possibly the only example which bears autographs from both. Includes auction LOA from JSA and letter of provenance from the DeWitt Family: Ball VG/EX, Sigs. EX and EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($4,000-$6,000)
