Description: Johnny Bench autographed professional model baseball bat c.1975. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat with Bench facsimile signature burned into the barrel measures 35" long and weighs 31.1oz. Model number "B278" is stamped in the knob which has vestiges of a faint vintage number "5" written on. Strong usage wear evident throughout with stitch and ball contact marks along with some cleat marks and a few faint rack marks. Pine tar remains on upper handle. Signed in blue marker, "Johnny Bench #5 1975" rating 8/9 out of 10. An outstanding example with fine display qualities matching Louisville Slugger factory records as made for a shipped to Bench during the Reds Championship season.
