Description: Fine Johnny Bench game worn baseball cleats c.1960-70s (Possible Rookie Era). Very early playing career Rawlings black leather cleats as worn by Bench as a member of the Cincinnati Reds. Cleats show excellent use and remain in original condition retaining their "Rawlings Fleetfoot" label on interior of right shoe tongue along with vintage "5" in black marker. Left shoe interior tongue has "5 JB" written in vintage black marker. Based on style dating to comparable examples the offered cleats very likely date to Bench's first several seasons within Major League baseball. **NOTE: The offered baseball cleats may be autographed by Johnny Bench if the winning bidder wishes to do so but were preserved in their original state for their initial presentation at auction.
