Cream colored jersey with "Phillies" team name across the front has "Rollins 11" on back. An "HK" memorial patch, worn in honor of Harry Kalas, appears on front chest and a 2008 World Series Champions patch on is right sleeve. Screened on Majestic tag on front tail notes size (46) and there is a Cool Base flag tag on outer seam. Interior wash tag is coded 0063 and is with a custom "-2" body length" tag.
