Pair of home jerseys, both having team name across the front and respective player name/number on back and left sleeve. Each has an "HK" memorial patch sewn on front chest, "09" embroidered year tag in front tail, and a "2009 World Series" patch on right sleeve suggesting preparation for use in the World Series. Affixed MLB authentication holograms confirm use in the National League Championship Series game which took place at Citizens Bank Park, won by the Phillies to advance them to the World Series.
