Description: Vintage Cleveland Municipal Stadium attributed turnstile. Substantive cast iron and metal turnstile by Perey (nameplate affixed on top) with yellow and gray painted surface showing mild/moderate wear, discoloration, and rust scattered throughout as consistent with long term outdoor use. Rotating arms remain in working order however the counter, which is visible through small side window, no longer registers. Stands approx.. 38” tall. Cleveland Stadium opened in 1931 and served as home field for the Indians, and later the Browns, for the better part of (7) decades.
