Description: Mickey Mantle professional model (team index) baseball bat c.1961-64. Louisville Slugger 125 model baseball bat with Mantle facsimile signature burned into the barrel end measures 35" long and weighs 31.8oz. Model number "K55" is stamped in the knob. Heavy use/wear evident throughout with ball, cleat, and rack marks along with grain swelling. A handle crack has been repaired and it is possible that some stain was applied to surface. Ideal display piece as relates to so noted a player available at a fraction of the cost of a game bat.
