Description: 1909 Charles "Kid" Nichols signed lease agreement. Multi-page legal sized document as executed in January of 1909 has been signed in period fountain pen, "Charles A. Nichols" rating 8/9 out of 10. Light toning with a hint of wear to pages (more wear/small tears/stains to outer cover sheet) and typical fold lines from storage. Agreement covered his use of a bowling hall from 1909 to 1912. One of if not the earliest documented Nichols signatures we have ever offered. Includes auction LOA from JSA: Contract EX, Sig.
