Description: Ted Williams single signed baseball with extremely rare 1946 World Series related inscriptions. Rawlings B.Brown OAL baseball has been signed on the sweetspot, "Ted Williams" in blue ink rating 9 to 9/10 out of 10. In addition, Williams has inscribed "1946 World Series" on the panel above his signature and "Boston vs. St. Louis" below. Ball has some light scattered toning. Williams signed balls bearing additional handwriting are extremely scarce. The pieces offered in this sale are some of the few we have seen or offered in over 20 years (inclusive of the handling of material from the Williams' Estate). Includes auction LOA from JSA: Sig.
