Description: Vintage Spalding brand portable bleacher seat c.1920s-30s. Early wire frame seat designed for use in stadiums which had bleacher seating allowed the user a padded seat bottom and back for comfort. Both cloth sections retain padding inside and display large (5" across), although somewhat faded, Spalding logos on outer surfaces. Expected use consistent with the intended purpose includes some rust to metal portions and toning/spotting to cloth which has a small 2" tear. Highly unusual piece by the preeminent maker: EXEstimated Price Range: ($400-$600)
