Description: 1968 and 70 Chris Short Philadelphia Phillies Franchise record setting career win game balls (2). Includes career win #97 pitched April 10, 1968 (Opening Day) in Los Angeles to set then Phillies Franchise record for shutouts by a lefty; career win #116 pitched on April 7, 1970 (Opening Day) in Philadelphia to set then Phillies Franchise record for wins by a lefty. In both instances, Short was passing Curt Simmons on the Phillies All-Time Leaders list and would later be passed by Hall of Famer Steve Carlton. Both noted in his hand with game score on the sweetspot, game date and significance on either side, and career win number in small print over stampings.
