Description: May 12, 1963 Johnny Pesky Cape Cod Day presentational silver bowl with related autographed letter and photograph of Ted Kennedy. Silverplated bowl measuring 9" in diameter engraved on the front, "Cape Cod Day at Fenway Park May 12, 1963". General moderate surface wear with some scattered tarnishing most notably to interior of bowl, stamped "Gorham" under the base: VG-EX. Lot also includes typewritten Red Sox itinerary from the event signed at the bottom by Ted Kennedy to Ruth Pesky: EX. Includes a vintage 7"x9" black and white photo picturing Senator Ted Kennedy presenting the bowl to Johnny Pesky at Fenway Park.
