Description: Fine Roberto Clemente professional model baseball bat c.1968-70 autographed to Al Barlick. Adirondack 302 model bat with "R.Clemente" block lettered in barrel end measures 36.5" long and weights 40oz. Model number "234X" stamped on knob which also bears period "38 1/2" pencil notation (likely an errant factory reference which should read 36.5). Signed on the barrel, "To Al Barlick one of the greatest. Baseball need men like you. Wishing you, lot of happiness and Best Wishes, Roberto Clemente." Ink signature and inscription rate 8 out of 10. Surface finish worn away to facilitate signing. Bat exhibits little to no usage wear retaining tremendous display qualities.
