Description: Rare 1947 Bruce Edwards Day stadium pin. 2.25" white bordered pin was produced for distribution on Sept. 21, 1947 during Bruce Edwards day at Ebbets Field. Considered one of the great rarities of the genre, this is the first example that we have handled. Our consignor, a lifelong Dodger collector, has relayed that he obtained the pin directly from the Edwards family. Included is a modern era print of a photograph taken that day. Pin's front surface exhibits very light age toning and scattered wear. Back is evenly rusted with pin missing: EX appearanceEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,250)
