Musial, Reese, Dizzy Dean, Ashburn, Mize, Schoendienst, Slaughter and Kell. Signatures range from 4-8 out of 10, averaging 6/10. A period notation on the ball reads, "1948 All-Star" in an unknown hand. The 1948 All-Star Game was played at Sportsman's Park in St. Louis, where the American League prevailed by the score of 5-2 in spite of a home run by NL star and hometown hero Stan Musial.
