Description: Rare Lloyd Waner professional model baseball bat c.1926-31. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat with Waner facsimile signature burned into the barrel measures 34" long and weighs 39.6oz. Strong usage wear evident throughout the barrel (which has a crack) including scattered ball and stitch marks. There is a small imperfection in the knob which is mentioned for accuracy and likely results from a small nail being removed. The surface has a touch of light discoloration which may be the result of moisture exposure. Overall an exceptional example for display from this popular Hall of Famer.
