Pinstriped jersey with "Phillies" logo across the front has "Blanton 56" on back. Number also appears on left sleeve and a "World Series Champions 2008" patch is on right. All of this is done with gold edging as worn only for this Opening Day game. Majestic tag screened on front tail lists the size (50) and there is a Cool Base flag tag on outer seam. Interior wash tag is coded 0063. Signed on the front number in black marker rating 8 out of 10 and inscribed "Game used 09 WS Champs 08."
