Description: Tony Gwynn professional model baseball bat. L.Slugger 125 model bat measures 33" long and wieghs 30oz. Bat was used in a game played on 8/5/1997 in which Gwynn hit a home run with this bat while collecting his 2,726th hit. Bat shows nice usage wear incl. handle tape, ball/stitch markings, and has #19 written in black along with specs and date on both knob end and cupped barrel end. Barrel of the bat has been signed by Gwynn along with hit number. Many baseball historians rank Gwynn as one of the finest pure hitters in Major League history who won the AL batting title eleven times.
