| Description: Fine Honus Wagner professional model baseball bat c.1917-1921. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 33 3/4" long and weighs 35.6 oz. Exceptional use is evident throughout inclusive of ball marks, grain swelling, and surface residue. Early dash dot dash Louisville Slugger manufacturer stampings remain very bold along with "J.Hans Wagner" facsimile signature stamping. The knob area has a very small surface chip. The offered bat dates to the very end of Wagner's career and was likely used during his tenure as a coach for the Pirates rather than as a player while displaying beautifully as a prime example of an original HOF inductee professional model bat.
