| Description: Ted Williams Winchester Model 1873 Rifle - The Gun That Won The West. This example is your standard 24" octagon model, full magazine with rifle standard butt. It is caliber 38 W.C.F. (38-40) manufactured in 1888. As to condition, this is basically a brown patina example. Tube has a primitive repair and their is a 6" sliver of wood off the left side of the forearm. The stock has a few dents but overall excellent except for a couple of small age cracks near butt plate. Action works perfectly. Bore is dark with visible lands and grooves.
