Classic sepia tone portrait image of Babe Ruth is signed in black fountain pen, "To A Lovely Lady 'Boots' Sincerely Babe Ruth" with the autograph itself measuring 3" in length. Rating 10 out of 10, signature and salutation are among the boldest that we have encountered on a photograph with the light cream background serving as an ideal canvas. The photo itself exhibits some typical minor surface wrinkling, which does intersect with Ruth's face, but without detracting from the overall eye appeal. 7"x9" matted and framed.
