Description: New York Yankees Bat Boy home jersey c.1989-95. Professional quality New York Yankees pinstriped home jersey worn by a New York Yankees batboy. "Bat Boy 89 1" swiss embroidered strip tag is affixed inside the collar area with Wilson tagging on the tail front. Original "NY" logo is on the front with large "BB" lettering on the back. The "BB" is a period team replacement as these batboy jerseys were used over a period of time by the new incoming batboys. The jersey shows light to moderate usage and wash wear. Black numeral "7" and memorial armband are found on the left sleeve in honor of Mickey Mantle's passing in 1995. Originated from a primary team source and is being offered for the first time publicly. Unique and desirable Yankees related equipment piece with rare Mantle uniform number and armband.
